Thinking about quitting?

We can help! Join our smoking cessation program

When you smoke, it affects you in many ways:

  • Greatly increases your risk of cancers: bladder, lung, mouth, tongue, esophagus, larynx [voice box] just to name a few.
  • Greatly increases your risk for heart and circulatory diseases such as hardening of the arteries, heart attack, high blood pressure, and stroke.
  • Greatly increases your risk for lung diseases such as lung cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, colds, and infections.
  • Greatly increases your risk of dental problems such as gum disease and infection which can lead to tooth decay and loss of teeth, oral cancers, and bad breath.

You Smoke. Is your family in danger? YES!

Secondhand smoke exhales from the lung of smokers and the smoke that comes from the burning end of a cigarette, cigar or pipe is very dangerous to the people around you. Second-hand smoke trapped in a car for one hour exposes your family to the equivalent of three cigarettes! To learn more, click here.
