Dorchester County Addictions Program
"Your Lifeline to Recovery"
The Dorchester County Addictions Program (DCAP) provides assessments, referrals, client education and outpatient treatment for those identified as having some form of alcohol or other drug problem. These services emphasize the importance of a thorough assessment to determine if an individual is abusing or dependent on alcohol or other drugs of addiction.
Our program provides the following high-quality treatment services for both male and female adolescents and adults - especially those who are under-served, uninsured, or who cannot afford private treatment:

Adult Outpatient Services consists of two programs, the Substance Abuse Program (SAP) and Traditional Outpatient Program (TOP)
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Adolescent Program
- DWI Education
- Prenatal Assessment
- Temporary Cash Assistance
Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday.
