The Primary Adult Care Program or PAC offers health services to people 19 and over who make limited amounts of money each year.
People on PAC will get:

Maryland Children's Health Program and MCHP Premium provides no-cost to low-cost medical coverage for those who meet federal income requirements and is available to children from birth to 19 years of age and pregnant women who meet the income guidelines. No interview is required. MCHP enrollees obtain care from a variety of Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) through the Maryland HealthChoice Program.
